Last night, I went and saw a movie with Audrey Tautou... Ok, yeah yeah, so she was *in* the movie and not actually there with our group. Just a minor little detail that I was trying to conveniently leave out.
The movie was called "Priceless" (Hors De Prix), essentially a French romantic comedy. I was really surprised how many people were there to see a French movie, and if you can handle some English subtitles, it's a cute and fun movie to watch.
Today is a special day in France, well it is actually over by now... BUT, it is called the fĂȘte de la musique (Music Festival) and it is celebrated throughout the country. On this day people are encouraged to play music where ever they are in the city, and there are no noise ordinances, and it's just crazy (from what I hear.) C3Paris actually had two bands setup in front of the theatre that the church meets in, and they are having a throw-down worship concert out in the middle of the place-de-la-republique until 2AM!!!!!! YEAH, now that is my style!
If you were to celebrate this holiday, and celebrate it HUGE... how would you do it?
